| The project list is an official record of projects and the assignment of
students to them. In general, projects will have clearly stated goals and
performance requirements. While the project team is free to design a
solution in any suitable manner, they must adhere to these stated goals and
requirements. Any changes to the overall goals of a project must be
justified and agreed upon with the adviser and course coordinator, then
